Important Update: To ensure the integrity and success of our event, all registrations must be completed by March 28th, Close of Business (COB). Registrations submitted after this deadline will be subject to the additional charges broken out below:
  • All Badges Except Media: $50 late fee charge per individual that registers after COB March 28
    • This is an additional charge. So, if your company is above the allotted comp badge number then you would pay the $150 additional badge fee PLUS the $50 late fee which equals $200
  • Media Badges: $150 late fee charge per individual that registers after COB March 28
    • This is an additional charge. So, if your company is above the allotted comp badge number of (1) then you would pay the $150 additional badge fee PLUS the $150 late fee which equals $300
Individual badges registered under the company name must work for that company. Anyone outside of this domain will be subject to additional charges and penalties.
